"The staff was very helpful and nice even through the busyness. They helped make my wedding day special. The housekeepers are very thorough and the breakfast time was well organized and plenty to eat and choose from. I will go back again."

"Check in was easy, I asked for a area map and they didn't have one. You know things close. Opened the door to my room and it was that stale, mold Old school Mexico and the AC never shut off. Floor was like sand paper. Hardly any lighting, TV was small and not adjustable. Went looking for ice and they didn't have any ran out. I was booked for three nights and I checked out at 6 am."

"There was no elevator to the 2nd floor so taken your baggage was difficult. And the building was a little bit dated overall in building condition."

"Passive aggressive staff, cleaning crews did not show up of the three and half days we stayed, elevator issues, AC broken when out the elevator on our floor, water pressure in the shower was terrible, the comforter was smaller than bed size, 2 plug outlets in our room didn't work, and most of the staff was Spanish speaking only so communication was difficult. We checked out early with a whole day remaining for our stay. We will not be returning to this Hotel."

"We enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub. The room was ok but bathroom needs an upgrade. Also, I didn’t like the breakfast hours (8-10am). That was very limiting. But if you’re looking for a moderately priced decent hotel with beach access, you’re in the right place."

"Room was humid/hot Leak from ceiling , reached out to staff, apparently contacted maintenance, unable to fix Was not offered to change rooms not even discount Leak was right above toilet, family had to use restroom downstairs "

"It’s a nice hotel, liked that it has excess to the beach, and provide breakfast……. What don’t like , not only this hotels but others that check in is at 4pm… at least 2 pm would be better though….."
