"Definitely a different experience this time around. Had an amazing employee check us in. Clean, updated, but beds are small for 2 people. Paid for 4 people in the room but only given 2 loungers at the beach. Had to pay for additional loungers and an umbrella. Pricey especially when they say you have until 6pm but then get kicked out early for a wedding. The day we left they were closing the beach as of 1 pm. They seem to accommodate events more than their guests."

"Overall stay was good. Location was excellent walking distance to a lot of great restaurants downtown and not far from the state farm arena!"

"The outside areas are beautiful pool, courtyard and beach access was amazing. The hot tub was not working and only clean one of the days. The room was out dated but clean. The worst thing is the AC is on a timer. My hot flashes AC on a timer sucked. The staff explained it like it is what it is sweat."

"Tub, sink and shower curtain had hair on and in it. Furniture was stained, old, discolored and smelly. Table in living room had crumbs all around in the cracks of it. Curtains are dingy looking and carpet had stains on it, I made sure to keep shoes on whenever my feet were on the floor. I was also charged $50 for early check in instead of the $30 that was marketed when checking in through my Hilton honors app. I’ll never stay here again."

"For the money and the time we was there it was fine. Nothing fancy but clean and convenient. Very helpful getting there from airport and to the cruise ship."

"We stayed in an efficiency across the street from the beach. Our room was somewhat disappinting. There was a problem and we had no water at all for a few hours. Couldn’t flush toilet or take a shower. The stove had 2of4 burners broken. The fridge was scratched and rusty. The desk staff was ok… the cleaning staff was excellent checking on us each day to make sure we had what we needed. Overall ok but certainly not a perfect experience."

"Liked the location, liked the little store - had a lot of what we needed. The bar, arcade room , gift shop and breakfast room were of great convenience. Wished they had a hot tub and the rooms were more updated. The lighting in the rooms was dull and a bit dark, especially when putting makeup on in the bathroom. Overall, I would stay there again but it could be much nicer"

"The property itself is beautiful. The hotel is very nice and the amenities are what attracted me initially. The person working at the front desk on my night stay was very rude not hospitable at all, unfriendly wasn't inviting. She rushed us not allowing us to enjoy the whole experience. Because we have never been to that hotel we asked what floor our room was. She seemed annoyed asked her about any of the amenities she either ignored us or again was annoyed didn't inform us of using the key card for the elevator which we figured out on our own it was just a bad experience. She was not friendly. She should not be working in the front with guests. When you have a bad experience like that, it just removes the warm and relaxing feeling you should have when you're a guest visiting the area. "
