"Staff seemed miserable, but we enjoyed our stay. Food was good too! The paid parking sucked but only because it was a small one way route and people kept parking at the entrance/exit so you were blocked from leaving and entering. Also ran our of parking spots. Even though you have a paid parking pass to park there. Liked their self serving snack booth. I let my child pay for her own drinks. So cute."

"Desi was amazing. Upon arrival from a not so enjoyable cruise, Desi checked us in quickly. She was also very kind and considerate as my mood wasn't the best. She gave a rundown of the hotel, breakfast time, amenities as well as things to do in the area. The room was spacious and well appointed. Water pressure in the shower was low, our only complaint. This is an excellent hotel pre or post cruise. They offer shuttle service to and from not only the airport but cruise port as well. You just...

"We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The only exception was we were told to not stand on the balcony for the parade. There was no signage that stated that we couldn't and the manager who told us to leave during the parade wasn't kind. He took photos of us after we left and began watching the parade from the street. The amenities that were especially useful were the free water and coffee stations they had daily. Also, the proximity to everything was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere...
