The plug in receptacles in the besides lamps were worn out and did not charge our phones. We didnt notice until the next night. Had two rooms and all four lamps had the same issue. "

"Beautiful old hotel in the French Quarter. Lots of charm, character and very romantic. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rebecca at the front desk is the best , genuine , concerned that your stay is great, she was always smiling, gave us great tips for dining and things to do, enjoyed chatting with her. Lovely outdoor pool and surrounding area unfortunately was too cold for us to use. Complimentary coffee downstairs in the morning, a full service liquor bar is coming soon. Wi-Fi worked well. On...

"Very noisy and you could see where there was mold throughout the room on the sealing, mirror in bathroom, broken on left and right bottom edges and peeling off the back of the mirror AC was full of dust and mold. I had to go buy some Lysol wipes to clean it. Allergies were really acting up in this room."

"First let me mention the staff. The lady at the front desk was absolutely the best. She wears a lot of hats. Front desk and the coffee and snack area. She makes the place. She was incredible. Location was great. This place is nice. However the parking wasn't great to the entrance and the carpet in the elevators, the hallways and the rugs in our room looked ready to be either replaced or steamed. It was a good bit nasty. Only a portion of the shower head worked. "
