"Transport from airport to cruise was well organized"

"The restaurant was closed during our entire stay and we were not informed that they would be doing an update to their systems until we arrived to check in. This meant no power, lights or use of elevators. We also were cut off from heat in the middle of winter."

"After a long day travelling was disappointed that the Hotel had no record of our reservation from Expedia. Then not being bale to get through to speak to someone which was taking a long time selecting the automated options without resolution. Eventually sorted when Hotel contacted Expedia which they could have offered when we arrived. "

"My stay was for one night only. There is a deadbolt lock in addition to the regular lock on the handle. I closed the deadlock. Later, when I wanted to go out for dinner, I could don't get the deadbolt open. I had opened it earlier with no problem so this was a little strange. I was locked in my hotel room until maintenance came and pulled the screens off the windows so he could reach in and spray the lock with WD-40. The lock was still sticky after that so I only locked it 1/3 of the way. ...

"Our stay was excellent all around. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was superior, and much appreciated. The desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was accessible behind the Inn, and felt safe and secure. We will stay here again, without hesitation."

"I would like to start with the person who helped me at the front desk was super nice and very friendly. They had a dog area for people with pets and it was a decent amount or grass with poop bags and a trash can for the bags. That said, the actual room itself was really disappointing. Me and my boyfriend felt so uncomfortable that we slept on top of the blanket and I even put my own blanket down so I wouldn’t have to touch the bed. Our bathroom sink did not drain. You could just tell it’s not...

"Place was okay for a motel the shower was not very clean and i think i found other peoples hair on my clothes, only prove me that the play was not clean properly but was clean enough."

"Beautiful property & grounds . Extremely well appointed and clean . Staff was excellent. Didn’t get a chance to visit the restaurant as it was closed for a private event , but looked very nice . A wedding was taking place onsite while we were there . Very nice spot to consider for a small intimate wedding"
