"I’m very disappointed with the hotel because they charge on my credit card several times and they don’t fixed the issue right away. I contact the property to resolved this matter and the staff was not professional. The manager never call me back and the transactions I have never received back however I changed again and again"

"We really enjoyed staying at Yacht Haven, the floating rooms were very comfortable and the views in the morning and dusk were outstanding. We were visited by manatees almost daily and the other marine life was fun to watch as well. We liked Marathon for what it had to offer and Yacht Haven was nicely located for getting out and about. We would not hesitate to stay there again."

"We had a balcony oceanfront, gorgeous. Room was beautiful and spacious, bathroom was amazing. 2 issues, one the electronic door lock battery died and we waited about 30” outside in 90 degree weather for maintenance to show up and fix/ let us in. Second - a dog pooped on our door threshold overnight and we had to step over a pile to get out of our room, that was a little disturbing at such a high end location. "

"Excellent location, beautiful grounds. We stayed in the Osprey apartment, the view was incredible and the bed was comfy! Captain Pips is definitely older but it is perfectly charming with great amenities. Definitely go on a Spirit Snorkeling excursions They also have a great gift shop with everything you would need! ! We would stay there again for sure. "

"Was based in Miami on vacation but had planned a trip to the keys so chose Kingsale Resort for our overnight stay. Check in was a smooth and the lady behind the desk (apologies cannot remember her name) was super sweet and helpful and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Had great parking outside our room. Nice large room with two large beds and the cutest throws on them. Nice equipped kitchenette, large bathroom with wardorbe/frame and awesome large shower. We also were lucky to have an area we could sit outside in that was completely surrounded by mosquito nets. Right across the road you have the cutest diner Wooden Spoon and plenty of gas stations that are well stocked. Cannot comment on supermarkets nearby as did not look into or use them. If we were in the area again we would definitely stay at KSR again, thanks guys"

"Beautiful property. My only gripe is that every time I walk by front desk, they never greet me. Oh and they really need to keep a net out by the pool and hot tub. There are a ton of bugs in the hot tub."
