"Rooms have modern amenities, but use of space could be improved. My room had a large empty space that could have been a nice sitting area or kitchenette. The terrace was nice, but the furniture outside was in poor condition (broken table, sofa cushions stained and dirty.) A few other oddities: our room was right above the restaurant which made for a very loud and late night on the weekend. There was an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machines."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Steps away from Notre Dame and far enough away from noisy nightlife so you can sleep, but close enough to enjoy. If coming to Montreal for fun, stay in / near old Montreal. "

"The hotel was awesome and cleaned. The room was very spaces and nice big King Size bed. Friendly staffs and was very helpful to help us deal with a flat tire. Continental breakfast was very ordinary and not much choice. The location was awesome. Surrounding with restaurants, shopping store and department stores. Will definitely come back if we ever go to Montreal again."

"What i liked: fast and easy check-in. Fast room service. What i didn't like: The very loud whistling sound from having too much positive air pressure in the hallways. Having to put wet towels under the door and weighing them down with my luggage to stop the high pitched whistle. The other guest having g to slam their door to close it due to too much positive pressure. "Unique hotel, beautiful interior in a cool part of town with amazing restaurants and local vibe. Very comfortable (mattress from heaven), super clean, lovely continental breakfast. Small note: Weekend staff needs a bit direction as the hotel prides itself on customer service but we ran into few issues not worth mentioning in a review (took away from the overall 10/10 experience, but still fantastic and highly recommended."

"One of the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Awesome location, very friendly and helpful staff, the room was perfect. I was most impressed with the shower and their toiletries. To me nothing is more disappointing than terrible water pressure and poor quality toiletries and this hotel hit the mark. As an fyi, they use the same line of toiletries as the Fairmont which in my opinion is one of the top hotel chains in Canada. I also appreciated the breakfast time was not too early.
