"Front reception staff were warm and welcoming helping me mail out postcards. My tv remote stopped working one evening and they were quick to come up and replace the batteries so my tv would turn off And the rain shower was 10/10 perfection I was lucky enough to face the open parking lot, and not have to face the condo across the street"

"We had a wonderful day at this hotel. Traveling with our family the hotel was very accommodating, including having the crib pre-prepared in a room at check-in. Our room itself was very spacious and clean. The hotel was also centrally located for an easy walk to several old Montreal attractions as well as a short stroll to the metro. This felt like a home away from home and made our trip very comfortable."

"Beautiful little place right downtown, metro station a few meters away. Each room unique, exposed brick, Victorian vibe, beautiful big windows. Great breakfast served by friendly people. I just wish check in was an hour or two earlier and messages could be responded to sooner. However, people were great and I would definitely stay again. Mattress was too soft for us and probably needs changing."

"I booked this property because of the reviews and the proximity to my daughters graduation place.It stated it was a 5min walk that was not correct. It was a 15-20 min drive. When you get there you enter through a restaurant which is weird they state it’s a Michelin star but no one there we thought we were in the wrong place. "The location was close to some pubs and restaurants as well as the underground shopping. The rooms were clean and large for a comfortable stay. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The hot food was tasted terrible so we stuck to cereal. Other than that, a great place to stay."

Unfortunately during our stay the pool was not open, and the gym is very small (I believe it had 1 cable machine and 2 treadmills, not enough room to place a yoga mat down) so that was unfortunate but overall the hotel rooms were very clean, staff was so nice and helpful and we had a great stay!"
