"Bella struttura in una posizione ottima perchè tranquilla, con di fronte Wholefoods e in 10 minuti a piedi si è a Venice beach...con altri 20 al pier di Santa Monica. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Il check in e check out avviene tutto via mail e con un codice si è in stanza e si può accedere alle aree comuni dove a disposizione c'è sempre caffè e the. Ovviamente per visitare le altre zone di Los Angeles serve avere l'auto perchè comunque la città è davvero molto estesa ma rifarei la stessa scelta...

"Bed uncomfortable with tv that has no signal. Was told they would waive parking to accommodate the poor experience, then was charged for parking. My floor was slated for construction with workers all around and they refused reimbursement in any part for an AWFUL stay."

"The room was not ready and waited over an hour. The roof top was advertised but only available for a fee. The reason we got the suite at that hotel is to have access to rooftop for 4th of July fireworks, but there is a charge of 120 per person with food of course. The discount of 17 per room was not applied in the bill. Not worth the money."

"Room was very clean however my shower amenities were not replenished (even after I asked a receptionist to communicate this to the staff). I had no shower gel the entire stay, lotion wasn’t restocked and my room wasn’t cleaned each night as I had asked for. That being said the staff I spoke to were very friendly which I certainly appreciated."

"It's a nice location and overall it was clean, but it's older, the rooms were tiny, and a lot of hallway noise at night. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've slept on in a long time. Very thin, bad pillows, scratchy bedding.. The outdoor patio was nice. Change the bed and I might go back."

"Clean room, spacious kitchenette and bath. Cons: Llots of noise at night. TV didn’t work for 80% of stay despite repeated attempts to resolve with staff. Parking is very hit or miss. Hotel garage is very convoluted and confusing."
