"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

"What I didn't like was that housekeeping has to come in every 3 days. I personally don't like my stuff touched. What is the purpose of the "do not disturb sign for?" I left my clothes on my bed and when I came back they were placed on the room bench and my bed was made. I did not want my bed made and my stuff on the room bench. For this reason I will not stay here again unless it's a night or two."

"When we arrived we found out the elevator wasn't working and I suffer from a blood disorder so I hurt and can't walk far. I had no choice to walk up 2 flight of stairs. I was looking forward to the hot tub but the jets wasn't working properly and I was looking forward to getting a good soak"

But it was very clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room had all the basics we needed. Breakfast was more limited than most. They served hardboiled eggs that were stone cold and rubbery and a meager assortment of pastry and cereal. "Said full breakfast was available. Small buffet with paper plates and plastic silverware. Had to ask for milk and ketchup and napkins. No towels were in room. Not impressed."

"Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful. Pool room was heated nicely but pool water itself was cold. Bathtub/shower needs grab bar and/or safety strips to prevent falls."
