"The rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool is nice, but this hotel is terribly located and over-priced. There are no restaurants or sights within walking distance, and it’s still a 25 minute drive to the airport. Since the hotel restaurant was closed for a group event the night we were there, we walked around trying to find somewhere to eat, but the neighbourhood did not feel safe at night. We ended up just ordering Uber Eats. Breakfast was not included and was expensive, but we had no other...

"The property and room comfort unquestionable. Location a little far from the Old Port, not convenient. The restaurant was very good with great service. Morning breakfast nice touch, but staff needs to work on cooking scrambled eggs. Never seems to be cooked. As well many main items missing and awaiting time for products makes it inconvenient and awkward breakfast. However the stay overall is good. Rooftop bar makes for an appealing stay. Recommend if you can accept the little misses at...

"We were in a small king room on the front on the hotel and we could hear very little street noise. The shower was hot, clean and roomy. The woman at the front desk was super helpful but she was very busy and all by herself; I wish she had had some help! The stay was fabulous and I wish we could have stayed there longer."
