"Beyond perfect!"

"All good"

"Fantastisk oplevelse, rent og pænt"

"We reserved the delux jacuzzi pool side room. The room was overall good. Just the bathroom had an outdoor shower so when it rained bad the water did come into the shower and there was rain water dripping from the ceiling in the room. Also smells strange from the rainwater and outdoor shower. The staff was great and very helpful. Decent breakfast. But the place definitely needs some upgrades."

"Walked from the airport to the resort ( about a 10 minute walk). The resort blew my expectations away and the staff were incredibly helpful! Wish I was staying in this part of Phuket longer just to stay at this resort. Perfect for solo travelers & will be recommending this place to anyone flying into Phuket."

"My Husband and I came here for our Honeymoon. Exceptional experience!!! When we first arrived, we were greeted with such kind gestures & smiles. The staff here always made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Our room always met our expectations. Very clean, very well kept & maintained. Food was AMAZING! No complaints with each dish at every restaurant. We would personally like to thank your lovely staff. At the Waterfront breakfast buffet, Nu, Niwat served us with smiles, greeted us with...

"Our room was upgraded to ground floor pool entry from garden cottage. We were pleasantly surprised. Welcomed with English speaking receptionist. Room was clean and cleaned daily. All staff very pleasant even if they didn't speak English. Breakfast was brilliant. A good mix of Thai and continental. Choices changed daily. We could always fund something different to try or something we liked. Breakfast hours were very convenient. 6.30 - 10.30. I LOVED the pool. Canoes were a little battered but...

"We arrived at 13:21pm, after checking in, at 13:41pm they asked us to wait for 40 minutes to get the room ready. This was a minus point to the first impression. However, they upgraded the room class (suppose to the busy day) and offered us local drinks and jasmine bracelets which were attached by an orchid that we really enjoyed. The room was surprisingly clean while the toilet was a bit small however. The surrounding environment was stunning to us: beautiful beach infront, immense lakes around...

"今回はWater Parkが工事中で運営していませんでした。従ってホテル付属のプールとホテルの目の前のビーチを満喫。私は大満足でしたが、妻はWaterParkを楽しみにしていた分、少し残念だと言っていた。"

"Everything was absolutely spectacular! The staff was incredible, and their warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. An exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!"

"Loved this beautiful hotel. Staff were attentive. Our swim up room was amazing. Stunning well maintained grounds. Free shuttle into Patong beach. The spa treatments were amazing. Had a wonderful stay."

"Lovely place! Staff welcomes you in, very caring. Stunning views with their pools. Drinks can be a bit pricey."

"Avista Hideaway is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the customer service did not match the property. For a luxury resort, we expected a much more seamless experience. Throughout our stay, there were repeated miscommunications and a general lack of organization. At one point, I was transferred 3 times just to get an answer to a basic question. We also canceled a dinner reservation in person that morning with a reservations staff member at the restaurant. Despite that, we received...

"Lovely boutique feel hotel next to the airport which was perfect for an overnight layover when transiting from China back to the UK. I didnt have much time to fully explore the hotel or the area such as arrived late and was off early however it was a stunning premises. The gate onto the unspoilt beach and the little village right outside was exactly what I wanted for my final taste of Thai food and a massage. The location was perfect for a more relaxed vibe. The best bit was that it was much...
