"Very disappointed with this Schwan Locke in Munich. We had stayed at the Edinburgh and had enjoyed our stay so we booked the Munich location. Right at the beginning we ran into issues. Poor signage for registration has you going from the main door on the right to the door on the left that has a registration sign with a small arrow referring you back to the other door. We pressed the door release and it wouldn’t open and the door was locked. I called the number with no answer and no response to...

"今回は４泊しましたが、フロントの方がとてもフレンドリーで、最初から最後まで印象が良かったです。部屋も清潔で、５泊未満の場合は部屋のクリーニングが入らず、タオル類やトイレットペーパー、ボディソープなどは3階と5階のエレベーター横に設置されたトレーに置いてあるので、セルフで交換するシステムになっていました。ゴミはフロントにお願いすれば、片付けてくれます。フロント横にはフリードリンクの用意もされていました。中央駅からもとても近く、旧市街にも歩いていける距離です。ミュンヘンに来た時はまた泊まりたいです！"

"Our experience at Cocoon Hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we got there at 1:00 PM, there were more than 15 people waiting in the lobby, which is quite small. None of the staff even bothered to greet guests or provide any information. A simple acknowledgment or update about the possibility of early check-in would have gone a long way. L'hotel non dispone di strutture idonee oltre alle camere: sala colazioni piccola, bisogna utilizzare la lobby che praticamente sull'uscita. Colazione stile autogrill, da evitare. Insonorizzazione e silenzio in stanza molto buoni. Un motel di alta gamma più che un Hotel."

"Unfortunately i don't really have good things to say. i purchased a double room but when i arrived at the after hours check in, the online check in system didn't have a room for me and after calling the support team i was informed there were no double rooms available and there was nothing more they can do and offered me a single room instead for 2 of us, luckily it was only for the night but a a little disappointed since the hotel had great reviews overall."

"The room I stayed had a problem with the toilet, as it kept flushing. I couldn't sleep at night due to the constant noise. The manger came to help but nothing worked. Another issue was that the wifi almost didn't work. They eventually agreed to move me to another hotel free of charge (Senate). The wifi was also terrible there, but at least the washroom and toilet was functioning properly."
