"Pretty nice but definitely older and not too many frills in the actual rooms. Had a bug or two in my shower one day - makes sense for the desert but still something to note. Staff was very helpful and accessible. Loved the restaurant on the hotel grounds!"

"Room reserved was a suite and we were given a double queen room. It was a late check in so we were stuck and overcharged. Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. "

"Facility was clean and updated. Staff was super! Really enjoyed stay. Only negative was air conditioner in room 521 disturbed our sleep with loud grinding noise, had to shut it off completely."

"We were warned not to turn the AC down more than 2 degrees at a time, which we followed. It still stopped working and we had to shut it off for a few hours to reset or something. I have never had that problem happen anywhere else before.
One pool shut down.
Whatever was supposed to be available in the main building was closed."
