"We were warned not to turn the AC down more than 2 degrees at a time, which we followed. It still stopped working and we had to shut it off for a few hours to reset or something. I have never had that problem happen anywhere else before. One pool shut down. Whatever was supposed to be available in the main building was closed."

Also, when requesting for a late check out, we were told that we have to ask in the morning because the decision maker wasn’t there in the middle of the day, the day prior to departure. Then when we called the following morning to request it, instead of saying something like, “that is possible, and there’s a fee” she literally said, “it’s going to cost you.” Weird! it turns out that it’s only...
