"Stayed 2 nights in April for Coachella (2nd weekend) although the place was a little dated it was quiet, clean and safe! I had no issue everywhere was getting premium prices for the weekend this place was one of the cheapest I THINK? Anyway my only negative would be I THINK the pool was closed? Anyway definitely cool!"

"I was very dissatisfied with my stay. It was during stagecoach and for $1700 for three nights I will never stay there again. The room was completely filthy. Bedsheets were stained and dirty, floors were filthy and looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while, the bathroom and shower still had hair from the previous traveler and was overall still dirty.
