"Wonderful stay - the staff was great, hotel was very clean, and the room was very spacious. Will stay here again."

"Very helpful staff, convenient location , clean room ."

"Overall Impression While the general condition of the hotel is satisfactory and the staff were initially helpful, several serious lapses in hygiene, housekeeping, and data privacy protocols negatively impacted my stay. 1. Staff Response: I immediately brought this to the attention of two staff members on duty....

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Bathroom was not clean enough, stains on towels, bed sheets, holes in walls, paint peeling off walls. Liked that free breakfast was included."

"汚い"

"It was an okay stay. I don't understand how it is a 4-star hotel. It barely makes the cut for a 3-star, let alone 4. Everything was extremely average. Food was a bit above average, and the restaurant was clean. The whole 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes, and our bedsheets and blankets did too."
