"I had a very disappointing experience at this property. I booked a two-night stay but had to leave after the first night because the air conditioner did not work, making the room extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, there were far too many mosquitoes, making it difficult to sleep. Despite these serious issues, the property refused to provide any refund for the unused night. I felt completely ripped off. I would not recommend staying here unless these problems are addressed and the property...
