"Super clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great! Lots of variety to choose from. Pet friendly. Walking distance to outlets mall, and restaurants. Nice and safe area, also close to highway for easy driving to your destination. Thank you for making our stay comfortable, restful."

"The rooms were cleaned every other day. For us they skipped a cleaning day so the trash was over flowed. The toilet paper ran out. The automatic currents did not work. Had to use a paper clip, that someone else left behind to get sunlight in the room."

"The hotel was excellent. The staff member who checked us in - Rose - was very efficient and friendly and offered some great advice about our stay in the Denver area. The rooms are large and modern with separate lounge area and kitchen. Great toiletries provided. Breakfast was well stocked and lots of choice both hot and cold. Could not fault our stay and look forward to our return prior to our flight home."

"The room was kind of clean, there was hair on the mattress graffiti in the bathroom and on the table in the bedroom. There were stains in the shower and on the floor. The chair in the room was ripped and the internet was awfully slow. Only one entrance to get into building and it was not the most convenient location to get to and from my room with my dog."

"Property advertises a hot tub on there website and when we called they said they had a hot tub, but they don't have a hot tub!"

"Old, worn out hotel under new management. Room was clean. Bed was adequate. Breakfast was inadequate, nothing at all to drink except coffee, nothing fresh. Pool was closed when I arrived. At the price it was OK. Hard to find because hotel sign has not been changed to new name."

"I would have given them 5 stars but the water valve in the shower was broken. The woman at the desk promised she would have the problem resolved for the next tenant. Overall, the property and the staff were perfect. Also, there are several restaurant options and a sports bar within walking distance of the hotel."

"The room was absolutely filthy, strong pot smell from room next store to the point it made us feel sick when we went to front desk to address the situation we were told there was nothing they could do and offered us air fresheners. We had left for roughly an hour so I could find somewhere with cell service I came back to check out of hotel I wasn’t staying there. There was a new receptionist I told her the situation and why I was checking out she was rude and showed no concern and flat out said...

"Majority of people who are staying at an extended stay are most likely not in the most stable, or comfortable position in life. This facility takes advantage of people, and kick their tenants while they are down. Incredibly rude staff, poor maintenance, it smells disgusting in every hallway, the laundry room is always trashed, and most of the doors that are supposed to only be accessible by key card, are broken. Literally anybody can enter as they please, guest or not. I was alone in my room at...
