"Our room was not ready even though we arrived after the 3pm check in time. The girl told us it wasn't ready, then told us nothing else for another half hour. When we got to the room, all was fine except the kitchen towel which had something gross on it (looked like egg) and there was black dirt on the kitchen wash cloth. The room was fine, complimentary coffee was good. And the person who checked us out in the morning was very pleasant."

"We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member we interacted with was delightful. Such great service! The hotel is so clean and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable and laid out thoughtfully. There is a little sound coming from the interstate if you are on that far side of the hotel at night, but it wasn’t disruptive. The hot tub and pools are awesome! We really appreciated that the pools open early and stay open late. We would love to stay again."

"Pack your cleaning supplies, and everything you’d need for a kitchen you’ll have to bring that too. For advertising a kitchenette they provide nothing to utilize it, no pans, dishes, utensils, nada! We tried to check out the night we arrived but the room was NOT refundable. You have to say 7 days to get housekeeping (not disclosed at check in), the room was disgusting we had to buy cleaning supplies to make it bearable. "Great property, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I do wish the bathroom door was a little more private, but overall my wife and I really enjoyed our stay."

"There was a massive construction/remodel effort underway that was not mentioned on the website. Guest elevators were unavailable and all guests had to take staff elevators. The lobby was rendered pretty much unusable. The staff was clearly under pressure and did well to help but I wish there was mention made on their website. "
