"A lovely and very affordable stay in a nice quiet room! Every inch of the room was pristinely clean and tidy. The reception staff member was very helpful, professional and efficient.
The only improvements would be as follows:
- A fridge in the room would have been a helpful amenity
- The pillows were extremely chunky so maybe an option of a flatter size?
- The bins in the car park were overflowing with rubbish
- The curtains need to be longer as they let in light all the way along the...

"Staff so friendly and helpful.
Found room quite warm in the day but in evening was able to open windows fully to get some air in (stayed in April). I imagine would be very hot in summer even with fan provided in room.
Walls are very thin, not a problem for me as thankfully my neighbours were quiet but I know other people were not so lucky.
Was able to do me a vegan breakfast in the morning which I was happy with.
I would stay again if I was in the area and needed a good value place to stay.

"My 3rd visit. Great location for Lymm and surroundings. The only thing that let it down this time was the breakfast. When I first visited I was served a great full English meal, plus tea and toast. Now you are expected to make tea using an urn and to make toast in a toaster which was irritating as other people can use it at the same time and it is difficult to make toast to your own liking. Breakfast staff seemed embarrassed to have to explain the routine to each table. I mentioned it at...

"Outstanding service levels and very convenient if you're going Cheshire Oaks or even Chester Zoo. Stayed with my family for 1 night and given it's a Holiday Inn, I have zero complaints and would definitely use this hotel again."
