"Everything was done via digital platforms, no physical keys, just a code that I had to use on smart locks around the property. "The rooms are big. Pool is great and love you have your own jacuzzi for the building we stayed in. Also maintenance was very prompt on unclogging tub. Walls are very thick so cant hear your neighbors. "

"The stay was good mostly, the only issue was we didn’t have water one morning and was not notified it would be out. Turns out it was a construction issue. Also later that same day there was no hot water. Other than that I would stay there again. "

"This is my new favorite go to place in Palm Springs. It is extremely clean the bathroom, bedroom the carpets and the little kitchens are well stocked. The pool area was also very well kept but the water was hot because the cooling system was not working. They said they would fix it"

"King size Bed was very comfortable , kitchenette complete , we baked a cake and made cookies, walked at night in the solar lighted path with access from our porch, so request a room that faces the river/ path. Really ver was dry though, as we came in the Summer. The pool was nice and clean. There was a lap pool only for adults , which was nice to enjoy more peacefully. There is bingo and activities, but we did not participate because we were out hiking or taking naps to recover from them. Hotel...

"This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything.
