It states that this was a river view room yet there is NO RIVER VIEW, that is false!!! You pay extra for the view and there is no view at all!! The pool area was awesome and the kids enjoyed it. "While our room was super clean the hallways and elevator could have used a vacuum. Hot tub was out of order and looked to have been that way for a while. I wish guests could be made aware of that ahead of time. One front desk person was great!"
