"We absolutely loved our stay at LivAway in Richland. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accessibility room was absolutely amazing! I have never seen a room so accommodating. There was plenty of room to turn around my mobility scooter to get in and out of the bathroom, and the tub/shower has multiple bars at different levels on all sides, along with a shower chair (not pictured; can put on). "Great views of the marina and the river. Property is clean and well maintained. In house dining was limited, however great dining choices were nearby. Fitness room was almost completely equipped with cardio machines and very limited otherwise. Indoor pool is small. Staff was very helpful and courteous."

"Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....

"Our room 122 smelled so badly of cigarettes. The bathroom door didnt latch and there were crumbs and garbage in the floor. We stayed here for the pool which was awesome, best part of the hotel. Breakfast was diassapointing. My friend stayed in a different room and her toilet leaked consistently."

"Lovely, helpful staff at this hotel. If you appreciate a hard mattress, this is your hotel! It was clean, although a touch of possible mold growing at the base of the ADA shower. The switch from overhead shower to hand held was absolutely out of my reach to switch over, which was frustrating for me. Otherwise, a nice stay!"
