Wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist, kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne weitere Hilfen erreichen. Die Patronin, seit 15 Jahren Witwe, spricht Französisch aber nur wenig Englisch, die beiden Söhne, 27 und 19 Jahre alt, sprechen gut Englisch. "What a great little homestay! Tucked away just off the main road, we were greeted by the lovely Moon. We arrived super early so left our bags, they hired us a scooter (great condition with 2 helmets) for a great price. Check in later was a breeze, and the room was lovely. Light and airy, great size, and a great view out to the river. Amazing little gem, and a great price!"

"This is a five star review for a two night stay. You must consider hotel cost when rating the Eva. It was half the price of all of our other stays in Vietnam. Room: bed a little hard but this tracks with Vietnamese hotel bed standards. Fridge did not work. There is no safe in room. The air conditioner is incredibly strong and can be left on even when you leave the room which is important as we were leaving and coming back frequently due to the heat. I wish they provided hair conditioner as...

"This was truly an amazing find, I found it by accident, selecting it for it's proximity to the beach! And that part was spot on! A two minutes walk to a glorious 4 mile soft sandy beach perfect for swimming running and playing. Water was safe and warm, and shallow for about 30 meters from the waters edge! Gorgeous views of the mountains and restaurants right on the beach (main season only though). Staff at the hotel very nice, very accommodating they let me borrow a poncho when it was pouring...
