"The apartment was quite spacious which was great after all the pokey hotels we have stayed in. We could not get the airconditioning working, and thought the bed was a bit hard for us, but other than that, we were very happy with the facilities and cleanliness offered. "

We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed. "

"Good location. Room condition was clean and functional. Quick communication through WhatsApp. Convenient to make easy meals and do laundry. We could change towels upon request. Put out used towels outside of the door and they would put new ones in the room. Trash is also put outside of the room for pick up at designated time. We had an 8-day stay and on day 5 a full cleaning was performed. Only two items we would comment - the dinning table is head heavy which made it easy to flip. ...

"Super quiet while I was there and bed so comfortable it was tough getting out of it. Easy access to like six underground/subway lines and all trains to Heathrow and out of the city. "
