"The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that they advertised a free shuttle back and to the airport but they only run certain times. That did not fit our schedule at all!"

"Our stay at H10 Madison was disappointing and did not justify the price we paid. The hotel benefits heavily from its location, but beyond that, very little stood out positively. The rooms were surprisingly small and felt cramped, especially considering the premium rates charged. There was also little to no view, making the room feel even more enclosed. We understand that European hotel rooms can be smaller than those in the United States, but for a hotel marketed as upscale, the accommodations...

"Great hotel. Renovated, clean and friendly staff. In the heart of the gothic quarter. Nice size rooms, large washroom, shower had great pressure. Mini bar. Complimentary coffee/tea in room. I had a room on the 4th floor, with a small balcony overlooking the plaza and a view of the marina. Great noise cancellation and black out curtains. Didn’t have breakfast, but enjoyed night caps multiple nights in the cocktail bar….fantastic bartenders, great atmosphere. Recommend!"

"The LOCATION is EXCELLENT with the Sagrada Familia just about 3 blocks away. I could see the Sagrada Familia from my room. Dinner was easy to find on Gaudi Blvd. Breakfast was also easy to find at many nearby Bakeries and/or Coffee Shops. I also liked visiting the Gelato shop just outside the doors of the Hotel for Churros or Gelato. The staff helped us get tickets for the Hop On Hop Off Bus. Be sure to book your tickets on-line ahead of time for Park Guell and the Sagrada Familia. Plus...
