"The room was spacious and comfortable. We were upgraded to a river view room. However the windows were dirty (on the outside) and it marred the otherwise comfortable stay. Couldn’t see out without looking at the dirty windows. Having said that, service staff were very helpful."

They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. ..."
