"Bedroom was tired along with bathroom. The shower head didn’t work well and the shower holder was broken. Some kind of leak into my bedroom from bathroom through wall. Shower drain was blocked and started to flood when I pull it out it was very unclean. Bath towels had seen better day. Overall it was ok. But for the brand not what I’d expect."

"The shower was horrendous. Firstly, the water wouldn’t come out of shower head and then finally it did, and came shooting solely out of the left side. There is no stand for the shower head so you have to hold it above your head the whole time. It was not draining the water through the bottom well so I was standing in an inch of water for most of the shower. Lastly, the worst of the whole shower was some type of salt/sand grains started coming out of the shower head. I noticed them at my feet and...

"The property is located in a run-down neiborhood, in a industrial area. This area was deserted during the weekend. I didn't feed safe walking... The hotel didn't provide walking directions from the Metro station, even though I have sent them an email, confirming my reservation. The hotel is located at the top of a steep hills, and dragging a heavyweight suitcase, uphill was not easy! "Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma."
