"It's quiet, comfortable and relaxing once you are inside the riad, and the staff is very helpful. If you are arriving by cab, you will most likely be dropped off near the tower of Kasbah Mosque, which is about as close as you can get by car. From there it's about a 5 minutes' walk. A first-time visitor will find it quite challenging, or even impossible, to find their way to the riad; the best option is to pre-arrange with the riad so one of their staff will meet you where you get dropped off and...

"The Lights went out on our first night but came back after 2 hours or so. The hotel is far from amenities. We travelled in December and the hotel was empty with one or two other guests during our stay. The weather was cold in Marrakech.
