"This boutique hotel in the perfect spot and in a quiet residential area by many embassies. The hotel is about 15 years old and in some areas it is showing its age. The gym is terrible and lacking modern equipment and its tiny for 1-2 people at most. The coffee machine didn’t work, our first suite Ait condition did not function. The following day we moved rooms. The staff tried their best and were great. I hear it will be a Sofitel in 2027. I will consider going back depending on their...

"The room set up was very nice. The shower had water bugs in it. There is no AC despite it being a modern building and the road noise was too loud to leave the windows open. The largest and most important is that it was not a non smoking property. The apartment was filled with the odor of cigarette smoke. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The curtains, towels, furniture and bed linens smelled of smoke. We communicated several times with the management before arrival about allergies etc. ...
