"The hotel in general was run down and dirty but the room was slightly better than the common areas. WiFi was almost unusable as it kept disconnecting every few minutes."

Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from city buzz."

"Can't fault the hotel, WiFi was strong, TV worked, shower was great, Aircon was great, beds were very comfortable, it was clean and best location for MK Marathon weekend! Honestly can't fault it and waiting to book again for next year"

"The staff were friendly but the room was very poor. It was very dated, small and in need of a huge renovation. The carpet was dirty and there were lots of marks or the furniture and walls. It was clean on the surface but I don’t think it had been deep cleaned for some time. The amenities were also poor."

"We arrived on 2/5, everyone of the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, explained everything to you , the rooms are big , aswell as the bed!! Comfy , everything you want in a room was in! Breakfast was so organised and plenty of, so you don’t go hungry , it was amazing , derek (staff) was a joy to chat too, funny with our granddaughter With his jokes ! My granddaughter went swimming ! I cannot fault anything with this hotel , but I will be using this hotel everytime I come to Hemel Hampstead it’s a 6 ⭐️ for me !"
