"Breakfast was a good bonus. Good quality food and coffee.
Bed was not great and had very little sleep. Springs in the bed were loud too every time you moved. Couch and foot rest were nice. Bathroom tiles need a good clean, dirty around edges.TV would not turn off using remote so had to unplug. Carpet stains on corridors and my room. For £92 with parking £12 (included in the £92) and with breakfast it was probably ok value for a Friday night in Luton. Staff at front desk helpful and friendly....

"Almost everything was great. The room was spacious and decorated well. The communal areas were lovely, as was the food. There is a bit of maintenance needed in the pool/steam room & sauna area and it’s cold in the corridor to the steam room and sauna. It’s a shame that the jacuzzi has been filled in."
