"The only problem with the property was that one of the two elevators was out of order. Otherwise, this is a great choice for travelers overlaying in Santiago. It is just a short walk to either terminal. It has a nice restaurant, reasonably priced."

"Impressive property right in the heart of the City. Plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. There are restaurants within the Hotel as well with indoor and outdoor seating. A well managed property with a kind and courteous staff."

"This is an excellent property for a family of four, or even five if you use the sofa bed. The building is brand new and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one AC unit in the living room. Since the apartment is so large, I'm not sure if that would be enough to cool the whole place during the summer."

Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!"
