"The bed was comfortable. The room was dark and quiet making it easy to sleep. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an excellent overnight stay."

"we stayed for 2 nights. The next day we went out and hoped to come back to a lovely cleaned room and a nice shower. We got back around 10pm and found that our room had not had any housekeeping. It was really disappointing. I called to the desk and she had no idea what to say or why there had been no cleaning. When I asked at the desk the next day, I still didn't get any explanation or any offer to make up for this. I would not stay again."

"Some bedding should have been switched out, the sheet on the box spring had a spray of colour… The room could have used a more thorough cleaning, something from the previous guest was in the drawer."
