"Avoid this place if you value sleep, cleanliness, or basic hospitality.
Cons:
Unstaffed 10:00 PM check-in: Arrived exhausted to an empty desk. Guests told us the employee was on break.
Dated & dirty room: The furniture and fixtures have seen better days. We also found stained bedding and mystery spots on the carpet.
10:45 PM chaos: Only 45 minutes after getting to sleep, blaring music woke us up. The desk was abandoned again because the clerk "wasn't feeling well."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Keystone Lodge. We had a dog friendly room that was on the ground level and very convenient to take our dogs out. We loved the patio too. This is an older lodge with signs of wear and tear. The rooms and bathroom are quite large but the rooms could use a face-lift. Especially the carpets and baseboards. The pool was nice but they dont allow outside food and drink which is very unusual...the steamroom and hot tub were great! We would definitely come back and stay...
