"We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this motel. We arrived at 3:00 p.m., which was check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready, so we had to wait.
When we were finally told we could go into the room, we were shocked by how dirty and poorly maintained it was. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which made it even more unpleasant. "Rooms are very small. Not even a vending machine available and was charged over 600 for 1 night. Meantime the hotel is undergoing renovation. Will not stay at this location again"

"Didn’t realise what a gem of a place this was. Decor was excellent, place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included I didn’t expect I can have eggs made how I wanted. It was a good selection for breakfast. Also had dinner and I was pleasantly impressed with the duck (usually difficult to do well).
I would easily stay here again when in Timmins"

"For the cost, service was ok but they could step up their room service. No issue with room service being provided every other day but little was done other than replenish towels, empty garbage and straighten bed. Could have used a quick vacuum and bathroom clean of surfaces and floor. Amenities were standard soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion with one make up wipe remover. No shower cap or any other extras. Water in room was for members only. Overall, the cost is overpriced for the service...
