"The absolute best part of our stay was the girl at the front desk when we arrived, she was so helpful and kind!! The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. We had so much fun swimming in it. "Sales team sold a concert in the property and guests couldn’t sleep until midnight because the entire hotel was shaking. I have texts that one will be refund and when I did the check out I was told to call Expedia because you are the third party and you will refund the night. First time I have such a terrible stay there n a Hilton. Also, an elevator broke, water in the pool was not clean (too many people), hot tub was not clean. The ladies at the front desk were nice specially Lorena."

"Very upsetting the room had a very mildew smell to it. They refused to switch my room, saying that they were already booked in which I felt very very upset.
