The staff were very friendly and breakfast at the hotel was nice. The room we stayed in needed some maintenance, however the bed was comfortable. Affordable price and good location. This hotel would be fine for a one night stay with measured expectations about rooms of this price.

They put us in a room they knew had a broken TV. They said someone was coming to fix it, but never did after repeated requests and 5 hours. They finally put us in a new room. WiFi was also down for the first 4 hours. Price and location were good.

Friendly staff and great location. But the floor of wooden planks needs renovation. Sharp edges of nails are sticking up through the floor in the room I had, meaning you need to wear shoes not to get hurt.

It’s alright. A very average place. Staff were nice. But the rooms were a bit bad. Our bed had a few broken slats, and the water temperature kept fluctuating, the bathroom tiles weren’t fixed. But aside from that, we had no problems.

Lovely staff and a good location. Room 2 is probably the room to avoid as it is only a couple of meters from reception and there is no sound proofing so we could hear everyone checking in, phone calls all day and people would coke back late and night and stand outside our door and talk...sleeping was a bit disrupted.

It was good staying there. It was clean and somehow it was quite not fully. I did not face any issue with anything. Breakfast was good and delicious. It is middle of city. By walk you can go to grand park and skanderbeg square. For muslims there are many less halal food option near by. You can go to capitol and ali baba by walk almost 30 minutes walk. There is super market which opens 24 hours.

hotel nel bel mezzo del blloku di Tirana, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto alla reception è stato molto gentile, a richiesta hanno anche un servizio di transfer da e per l'hotel a circa 18 euro (in taxi costa circa 25 euro). sotto l'hotel ci sono tanti locali e ristoranti. Infine le camere sono essenziali, l'unica pecca un bagno piccolo ma per il prezzo è un ottima struttura

Could not find my reservation when o came to check in. Time was 5 pm. Started to explain to me that orbitz didn’t send some info. Do I care? The guy at the front desk was rude. Supposed to be the owners son. Gave water to other room, when I asked him about mine said that he simply liked those guys but don’t like me that much
