Ho prenotato l’hotel online a 37€, quando ci siamo presentati alla reception per il check-in ci hanno chiesto altri 90€ ( secondo loro di spese amministrative) cioè 127€ per una notte, ci hanno detto che c’era scritto ma online non c’è scritto da nessuna parte. non andate in questo hotel!!!!

Mi hanno fatto pagare di più in albergo perché le cose non erano chiare. Sul sito web c'è scritto centro fitness ma non c'è e se vuoi è pagato e prima mi hanno chiesto di pagare il parcheggio e poi Sul sito web è scritto parcheggio gratuito, quindi sono andato a parlare con loro alla reception E laggiù Sindi e Alexander mi ha aiutato nel miglior modo possibile e grazie al servizio eccellente, ho valutato questo hotel 3 altrimenti, secondo la mia esperienza, ne avrei valutato due, ma entrambi Sono così bravi nel loro lavoro e hanno risolto ogni mio problema. Grazie a loro. Hai bisogno di più dipendenti come entrambi

4 stelle..........si però di wish ....anzi wish ha piu garanzie ..... e non ti frega ahahahah Personale scortese al check in non ci hanno fatto vedere niente ,quella ragazza alla spa dovrebbe sta meno al telefono scortese anche lei acqua freddissima..frigo che non funziona ,la ragazza alla reception gli ho detto di aggiustarci il frigo ,,ha fatto finta di chiamare qualcuno ......spero che lo leggiate incompetenti ....bagno puzza di M.... Ci hanno fatto pagare le tasse di nuovo dopo vhe l'abbiamo pagate online e anche il parcheggio anarchia assoluta ...se ne fottono tutti ....ROSA SPERO CHE LO LEGGI PER BENE E FAI QUALCOSA PER QUESTO PERSONALE .....

I arrived after booking online and the receptionist immediately demanded more than double what I'd already paid. After about an hour of argument they admitted that their fine print said they would demand a smaller surcharge. This is very sneaky behaviour in and if itself, as the total should be included on the Expedia receipt. Next, while the booking stated I had access to the pool area, the staff told me that it was 'closed' and wouldn't open until well after checkout the next day. Doubtful in the extreme. The room had a broken AC, so they moved me to a room with a stinking bathroom drain. Don't be fooled by the promotional images, this place sucks.

Nous avons réservé une chambre sur Hotel.com et lorsque que l’on est arrivée sur les lieux la réception nous a dit qu’il y avait aucune chambre disponible. Nous leur avons expliqué que l’on avait réservé mais ils ont rien voulu savoir… après plus de 15 min et que l’on a demandé à parler au chef de l’établissement ils ont enfin décidé de nous laisser une chambre…. Et en plus de ça on a dû encore payer des frais…

Cuando llegamos por la mocje al hotel, por sorpresa tubimos que pagar 25€ por persona a parte del previo pago realizado a Hoteles.com en concepto de tasas. El personal de recepción muy desagradables y pasando de todo. Llamamos a Hoteles. com para comprobar que no fuera un malentendido y nos dijeron que era cierto, que en el correo posterior al pago online se especificaba. Total, cansados del viaje y por no quedar-nos sin hanitacion a medio agosto, pagamos. Para colmo, en la página de Hoteles.com sale aparcamiento gratuito i desayumo gratis, pués nos dijeron que ni una cosa, ni otra. Al final, después de wnsenyar-les por enésima vez el correo y lo que sale en la pagina con el precio, desayumoa sin coste. Los camareroa del desayuno no hacian nada un desatre, estaban todo el rato con el móbil y no quedaban mesas limpias porqué no retiravan los platos sucios. Medio hotel desayunó retirando ellos mismoa los cubiertos y platos sucios de otros usuarios.

The stench coming from the open drain in the toilet in the room was appalling, considering this is a 4 star hotel, i was requested to pay extra to watch TV, which i declined! The staff are very unfriendly, unhelpful, on entry to the hotel i had to pay 5000 lek as a local tax for a 9 night stay as well as £100 to cover any possible damages!, the rooms Aare very basic, unclean AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE

DANGEROUS AND HORRIBLE-not even running water!!
Worst place ever. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. HOTELS.COM PLEASE TAKE OFF WEBSITE. No running water. No flush. Stank of stale cooking oil. Handle had fallen off window which kept banging wide open ( on 12th floor!) Lights flickering badly, electrics faulty Beds broken and mattresses sunken and ruined Mould on walls and ceiling No advertised leisure facilities We checked out after one night and went elsewhere and other people were doing the same. Girl on reception was really rude. Told us she knew it was bad but there was nothing she could do about it and it was bad for her too! Told us she'd had a bad day and to leave her alone, she didn't care! She was aggressive and dismissive. We have videos of everything, including the reception staff. This hotel is NOT good as the reviews here suggest- search it elsewhere. The website and reviews on here are lies. We need a refund.

Séjour mitigé, chambre correcte mais pas de rideau occultant, petit déjeuner buffet dans l’hôtel d’en face (trop de monde et non mentionné dans l’annonce), piscine également dans l’hôtel d’en face (idem non mentionné dans l’annonce) et en plus il faut rajouter un supplément de 8€/personne pour avoir un bonnet de bain… Et pour clôturer le tout : coupure d’eau les 2 derniers jours sans aucune solution proposée par le personnel

VH Premier AS Tirana Hotel and VH Eurostar Tirana Hotel Congress & Spa the food, the rooms and the staff were amazing. i had a great experience here. The staff treat you like family and make you feel welcomed. The service is outstanding and the hotel is very fancy. i strongly recommend to go to this hotel if you are visiting Albania. i have been to this hotel 5 times and it’s been great each time. The sauna room and the pool are amazing. The owner is a great guy and I don’t think I can go in a different hotel than this one.

Las habitaciones necesitan una mejora en mi baño faltaba el aplique del espejo con lo cual la luz era mínima,yo reserve y pagué por una triple superior y me pusieron en una doble con una mini butaca ke se hacía cama donde era imposible dormir,sigo esperando las botellas de agua de cortesía y se supone ke si es una triple debiera haber 3 copas no 2, la recepción pésima no se aclaran con las reservas y el desayuno buffet no estaba mal pero siempre había ke esperar porke faltaba varias a la vez en resumen no volvería a este hotel lo califico como pésimo y mucha falta de profesionalidad

Mediocre hotel, tatty rooms with dirty walls abs very poor services. Staff was rather rude at check in and demanded an very high exchange rate for payments with credit card. The photos are misleading. Not recommended for business travel

Disappointing stay
The hotel is not in very good shape: beds are old, furniture is not well kept. They made us pay for parking (it was included in the reservation), and had to argue for free breakfast (which was also included). It's not the nicest location either.

Hotel non semplice da trovare, ma in zona abbastanza tranquilla, non lontana dal centro. Stanza spaziosa, anche se un po' datata. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno ho segnalato che non c'era il telecomando della TV in stanza, ma il problema non è stato risolto. Per il resto tutto ok

The reception area is dark and dingy and stinks of cigarettes. The room was mouldy, with no sheets to go on the duvets, and the dust in some areas was disgusting. We were given one toilet roll which ran out and one shower towel and hand towel for the two of us. Breakfast was served across the road and was very basic. The walls of the hotel are very thin I could hear the conversation of people above and because of the area there was building works continuing well up to 11pm and a yappy street dog that barked all night. The area is quite run down where it is based but accessible to the centre of the city very easily.

Horrible place
A- I booked a superior room, but at check-in was told that had to pay a difference to get it and was offered a standaed room, when I insisted on talking to the manager I got the superior room. B- When I got the superior room I was told their POS does not accept but local currency, and that the hotel's echange rate was different from the bank,. Bottom line was overcharged. Paied around 172 USD as opposed to 147 as posted and booked on hotels. C- House keeping is kind of non-existant. Towels were changed every 2 days. D- Some power outlets were not working. E- Side lamps had no bulbs. F- Horrible experience.

It was a bit difficult to find although the location was good. When we checked in we were asked to pay an extra fee. Also had to pay an extra fee for parking even though on the website it said it was provided for free. The check out time was actually 11am instead of the 12pm stated on the website. The room was spacious but some facilities didn’t work properly.

تجربة سيئة جدا لا انصح بهذا الفندق
الاستقبال سيئ ياخذ وقت طويل لتسليم الغرفة المفاتيح لا تعمل وتم تغير الغرفة اكثر من مرة مما ادى الى تاخير استلام الغرفة اكثر من ساعة رائحة الغرفة سيئة الغرفة غير نظيفة ولست متاكد مت ان الاشراشف جديدة وظيفة واللحاف بدون غطاء يوجد كلاب كثيرة في الفندق وذات احجام كبيرة جدا لانسبة لي لن اكرر التجربة في هذا الفندق ابدا
