"I’m going to start with this entire property condition as whole is fantastic. You don’t have to go anywhere to enjoy yourself. The options for restaurants, stores, the pool and casino were great, no complaints. The room was beautiful and spacious.
Now the bad:
We paid 700 for 2 nights on weekdays and they said everything was booked and only had a certain rooms available, well it wasn’t crowded at all, so I don’t know how. The staff as an entirety was miserable to deal with, with the exception of the restaurant manager at the guy fiery restaraunt, she was so friendly and you could tell she cared about customer service. Every bar, including the pool swim up, we weren’t allowed to open a tab, so every time we wanted a drink, we had to close our tab, that is quite frustrating, especially when you have to pay for drinks when gambling. On top of that, when you would ask about keeping a tab open like every place in the world, they were very rude and talked down to you like you’re an idiot. There is nothing to do on a weekday except gamble, eat and hang at the pool. A lot of store were also closed. No live music or evening activities, besides previously mentioned. We had to chase down bartenders for everything, they were not open to making sure you had a drink or food when needed and a lot of standing around. The pool was a hysterical with the rules, we were stunned at the amount of people who were getting berated in the adult pool was ridiculous. Prob won’t be back."
