"The staff was either incompetent or rude. No one to help with bags. After asking to have the room cleaned and being told it would be cleaned in a few minutes; it still had not been cleaned 2and a half hours later. No full length mirrors anywhere. The safe was unreachable if you were short. Some of my friends rooms did not have hot water. My friend had a mani/pedi appointment. They took her 40 minutes late. She could only have one service. Wish I had saved the money and stayed at the Marriott."

"We had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn! We arrived very late, around 1:00 a.m., after a long day of traveling. I had called earlier to let the hotel know, and they were incredibly accommodating. They assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. L When we got there, the front desk associate was already expecting us and had everything ready, making the check-in process quick and effortless. He also arranged a late check-out for us since our family, especially the kids, was exhausted from the trip....

"The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I ended up getting a refund from Expedia. I would not recommend this facility and do not...

"Unique place to stay. We had the smallest room I think I’ve ever stayed in with one chair and a window air conditioner. But it’s old so it is what it is. Loved the tavern in the evening. Friendly kind staff throughout ! Convenient location to everything! Breakfast was served down the block which wasn’t convenient and it was just ok. Don’t think I’ll stay here again but I’m glad I had the experience."

"It's all great, as far as i'm concerned, but one has to know in advance what sort of place it is. It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc.. (which their website makes clear.) i loved it, It's in the heart of the village. You'll want to walk to everything, which I enjoyed. When I was there, I couldn't find a place for breakfast the Wednesday morning I left;...
