"We booked this hotel for 5 nights; however, missed the first night due to my husband's flight arrival in Mexico City delayed arrival. It was too late to drive the 3.5 hours to Tlalpujahua. The hotel was very accommodating and there was no problem arriving a day late. Upon arrival, we noticed that it was extremely quiet. It turns out there were only 3 guests (including us). "Excellent stay to visit the monarch butterfly sanctuary in Rosario which is about one hour drive. Very convenient location so we could enjoy the area without being in a rush. Our room was spacious and had the pleasant sound of the spring water. There is some road noias it's right next to the road. But we alway use the white noise app with ocean sounds to sleep so we were very comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and there is a snack bar and restaurant in the facility.
