"I have stayed at this property for the last three years and it seems to be going downhill. From service (mainly concierge being unfriendly), feeling like you are second class if you are not a member or owner, the cleanliness has gotten worse, and they have limited dining compared to what they used to. The food is not that good anymore, especially the room service and limited dining. "

The lobby bar seemed to be a bit understaffed for the amount of guests at the hotel, but no real qualms there since there are plenty of bars around the property. "It felt like a spa and had a relaxing aura all the way through, but they did a great job with their entertainment as well. If you wanted some fun you can definitely find it without it being shoved in your face. The service was 11/10. Could not have met a nicer more genuine group of people."
