"A pesar de la "reservación sin costo" de Expedia, me indicaron un día antes que teniamos que apartar pagando la mitad de la habitación o no se nos tomaría en cuenta, CON TODO Y ESO, indicamos que nuestra llegada sería tarde y aún así nos asignaron una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado, argumentando que "fuimos los últimos en llegar y era la que quedaba"..." tienen habitación, ¿no? "The staff, everyone included were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was very nice, in an hacienda style keeping with a great tradition and same to the hacienda, which dates back to the 16th century. This probably the best hacienda we have stayed at. Every aspect, atmosphere, pools, restaurant and chapel exceptional and well kept. Our bed was so comfortable!! "
