"Airport shuttle was easy to find, hotel had great WiFi service. Very clean and updated with plenty of daily activities. Staff is amazingly pleasant specially the staff at the buffet. "

From check-in to departure, the staff consistently impressed us with their friendliness and attentiveness. The resort was very clean and well-maintained, and our room was comfortable and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The beach was one of the highlights—beautifully maintained, with clear blue water and a calm, peaceful setting. We also appreciated the variety of dining options available. The food was consistently good, with plenty of choices across the different restaurants. Overall, we felt the resort offered great value for money. We would definitely consider returning and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing all-inclusive experience in Cancun. "

"My guest experience was phenomenal. The staff is very kind, helpful, and efficient. They are constantly cleaning every space in the hotel, the beach was even cleaned multiple times daily. I felt safe, welcomed, and I’m looking forward to going back. One thing I must say, please people, be courteous, be considerate, and be kind to the staff. Tip the staff they deserve it. The price of everything in the world has gone up for us and them too. Everyone has families and expenses. Multiple times when I was out for breakfast lunch and or dinner, I was seated next to people who would eat multiple plates of food, order drinks and then leave without putting a tip on the table. I thought that was pretty rude. There needs to be an email sent after the confirmation about resort etiquette. In my opinion. But what do I know? "

"There's no swim up bar, however there's one right next to the pool. Gym was decent size and very clean. "

"We had an amazing stay at this resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The food was excellent, the restaurants were great, and everything was kept spotless. The staff was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and ready to take care of any request. The pool area was beautiful, and we especially loved the lazy river. Overall, it’s a very luxurious and relaxing place, and we would be more than happy to return again."

"Overall the resort was great, staff was nice and attentive. Great place for kids. Rooms that connect to other rooms lack some privacy because you can hear through the door. Also, be sure to not be above the lobby if you are worried about noise from performances."

"When we arrived at the property, it was raining heavily, and nobody could help us to our building. It's far from the front desk. I asked many places and staff, but nobody could provide an umbrella. A little disappointed with the service."
