"Everything was really good, except hard beds and zero english was spoken. She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

"We were right across from a beach and Da Nang Bay (South China Sea), so that was nice. We were also a few miles from the major airport and flights passed quite closely to the hotel. Thank God, the airport isn’t really busy."

"Staff argued my booking, saying they had no record of me coming. Dirty room, no hot water, provided toiletries were leftovers from other guests. air con didn't work. Mini bar was an unplugged empty fridge, but it did work so I could keep things cool overnight. I didn't see any staff after checking in (They didn't ask for ID), so when checking out, I left my keys at the reception after my one night stay. Plus sides, 20 mins walk to the airport and Wi-Fi was good. "

"We did the 2 night stay for our honeymoon straight after our wedding and couldn’t be happier. The villa is beautiful, food is amazing and we had the best sleep on the most comfy bed. There are plenty of activities within the resort too. "
