"The staff was amazing especially Abd El Hamid from housekeeping and Abd El Baset ( one of the chefs; he had Falafel prepared especially for me At breakfast), beach staff were brilliant. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, smiley. Sea water was stunning, I had a sailing catamaran course with Mohamed Shaaban who was a genius. Thank you to all the staff and will definitely go back."

"Just got back from a 5 night stay at Steigenberger Ras Soma and it was amazing! Felt like pure luxury and staff were all so accommodating and very friendly. The restaurants at this hotel serve really good fresh food. Note you have to make reservation 1-2 days in advance otherwise they’re fully booked but I would recommend doing this as the food is much better than the buffet dinner.
