"Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property- the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. "Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation.

"Title: Appalling Experience – Unsafe, Unhygienic & Completely Misleading
My stay at Kaktus Somabay was a disaster from the moment I checked in on November 27, 2025. The first room was covered in thick dust, to the extent that my new iPad cover became damaged within minutes. When I reported it, management responded with denial and disrespect, insisting it “did not happen here.” Their attitude alone was unacceptable.
After being moved three times, every room had the same unhygienic dust problem....

"I was excited to check out this new property but was not as pleased as I would have liked. The room was VERY dusty and our feet got very dirty just walking around. They also put us in a shady back corner swim up on my literal birthday… the dinner buffet was a zoo and had no ambiance, the lights were so bright it was impossible to stay in the room for long. I knew the beach was mainly reef but it all just felt a bit lacking. It has a lot of potential and could be a great spot with some more care...
