"Incredible destination hotel. Small and intimate. Incredible culinary experience."

"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The onsen was very clean, the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We tried the dinner buffet, the environment and service was great, the food was OK but not impressive for the price. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The hot springs was excellent and the room we had in the annex was large and well equipped. Highly recommended."

"This is a hidden Gem! I loved the beautiful and natural environment, the staff are the most welcoming and the food was worth a Michelin star. I will be forever grateful for the experience. Thank you very much and until my next visit!👑"

"Awesome place to stay."

"I really liked the onsen and the in room onsen. The property area seems kind of dangerous if it snows but it’s in a nice somewhat secluded place. Wish it had mover of a view from my room when using the in room onsen."

"Beautiful Rakuten"
