"Great staff and service "

"Annex is a modern, clean property, very close to all of the sites to see in Asukasa. Breakfast was good, we are vegan and while there wasn't a main dish that was good for us, there was more than enough to eat that the breakfast was more than good for us. The rooms were quite and very sound proof. One bonus was to go to the Top Bar of the main Asakusa View Hotel and see the nighttime skies over Tokyo and Tokyo Tower."

"Great hotel! Perfect location was across the street from a huge Don Quijote (open 24 hr) and was only a short walk to different train stations. Uniqlo was right below on the lower floors. The room, hallways, and elevators were clean. Amenities were provided free for all. You could make your choice of daily room cleaning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can ask them anything. One staff took the time to explain all my options for getting to the airport. I was going to take a taxi, but she explained that there’s a local train that goes straight to the airport for about $20. She saved me $180! There’s a delicious ice cream shop around the corner. I tried all the flavors and the mango was my absolute favorite!"

"This is such an excellent hotel! We love that it’s near the Kinshicho Train Station and is connected to tne Arcacit Mall that has a large Daiso and Grocery Store as well as small restaurants including a McDonald’s. The staff spoke English fluently and were so helpful. The doorman one morning went out of his way to go out to the Main Street and flag down a taxi for us even in the rain and it took some time. So nice! Thank you! "

"My stay was in March so if anything my room was too warm due to central heating, but I got lucky and had two windows that would let cool air in. The place has a nice vibe, staff is pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms and showers are shared so if that’s a problem for you stay elsewhere. Kitchen was adequate for me, I only used the microwave oven, there are surface burners for frying/boiling/etc but no actual oven or toaster oven. 2 washer/dryers that worked flawlessly as long as you don’t overload them."
