"飯店與JR德島駅相鄰，巴士站就在面前，位置非常好，對旅客來說十分便利，自駕的人停車也很方便。飯店服務佳，早餐也很美味。唯一缺點是房間洗手台有漏水的情形。pm2:00 可Check in，退房時間是pm12:00前，這是一大優點，不用一大早就趕時間。整體來說這是家值得向朋友推薦的好飯店，以後若再來德島還會選擇住在這裡。"

概ね快適な滞在
"客室は普通のビジネスホテルで、概ね問題なし。温泉は露天風呂が故障の為使えなかったのと、水風呂があまりに小さく(スーパー銭湯の壺湯くらいのサイズ)入るのが躊躇われる。 ジムの清掃がイマイチで、前日の夜のゴミが翌日の14時過ぎでもゴミ箱に残っていた。 またスタッフがトレッドミルを使って、その後入り口付近だけ掃除機を掛けて帰っていったが、もっと全体に掃除機を掛けてゴミ箱の袋の交換くらいした方が良いのでは？と感じた。 朝食のスタッフの対応は良かった。メニューにフルーツがあると良かった。"
