"We had a really hard bed mattress I never experience before . Did not sleep well all night
Room is small. Amenity was not good
The bathroom not clean enough and towel has only two set . So we did not take a shower in the morning because the towel was not dry enough

"Hotel was great! Breakfast was a staple every morning! The fresh bakery in the lobby was exceptional! 1st floor and 2nd floor bar/restaurants were delicious. The gym has updated smart equipment. Location was great for the train stations and taxis were always parked outside should you choose that route. Would definitely recommend for an all around perfect stay!"

"Excellent location but a bit away from the main light rail lines.. very close to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Shinjuku though. Rooms were small but functional, if you're concerned about the bed, you can ask for additional mattress pads for more "western" style comfort."
